Earlier drafts
Every earlier deck version, storyboard and video draft, kept exactly as it was published, so a link you shared still shows what you saw.
All from October 29, 2026. They were written before the latest wording, so some name earlier surfaces and seed packs. Publishing them does not certify any claim.
Deck versions
v4, a draft for feedback
A separate revision with an Eranos slide, speaker notes, an outline, a note under each slide whose facts changed, and a claim review of every number.
v3, the qualified draft plus one point
v2 with one change: slide 2 adds that today's AI doesn't break work into small, atomic, decentralized pieces in a graph that many workers can claim, check and finish.
v2, the qualified draft
The same slide design as v1, with clearer distinctions between observed results, experiments and proposed next steps.
v1, the original draft
The original slide wording and speaker notes, kept for review. Some claims and pending results in it are unverified.
Video drafts
The draft animatic, a 60-second cut
The first animated cut of the Eranos video, made with the video pack's render and check verbs, with its quality checks and labels.
Storyboards
The Eranos video storyboard
Draft 1, the evening plan: a small nonprofit needs an agent kit it can't afford to build, and a volunteer's agent builds a reviewed kit with spare tokens.
The two-video draft
The first storyboard, from the afternoon, which outlined two separate videos.
How feedback will work
The first design for ratings and comments, described as nouns and verbs.
