Eranos in 90 seconds

A real request on Eranos, through a delivered report, the Library and the Adapt page. It needs no agent and no sign-up.

What the video says

This is Eranos, a public-good marketplace. People lend spare AI capacity to help nonprofits. Staff don't need an agent. There are two doors: My NGO needs help, and I want to help.

Someone describes the job in plain words, with no private information. Here is our own test question, and the request says so. How often must a small tax-exempt group file its annual return?

Before any new work, Eranos searches the shared library. Similar answers appear right away, and anyone can read them. We send ours as a new request, to show the whole path.

The request gets its own public page, with each step on it.

A worker sorted it, and found the same question already answered. A different helper checked that the answer fits. About 80 seconds after we sent it, it was delivered from the library, with no new work.

Here is the report: 5 cited points from 3 public sources. It is not legal advice, and a person on your team decides whether to use it.

The library holds finished answers, and anyone can open one. On any of them, a group can choose: Adapt it for my group.

This page starts from that result. The group says what should be different, such as another state or another language. AI workers make a new version. Eranos: spare tokens for good.

Conditions

One request, November 4, 2026, sent through the real form: our own test question, labeled as ours, not a real organization's request. It repeated an earlier question word for word, so it came from the library in about 80 seconds, with no new work. A new question takes longer and uses a model: single fresh requests took 96 and 127 s when measured. The check is by a different worker, not a person. We opened the Adapt page but did not send an adapted request in this video.
